Pastor Bob Kadlecik

Since the fall of 2005, the Lord has blessed us with Pastor Bob Kadlecik as our Lead Pastor. He has been a pastor since 1996 and holds a Masters of Divinity from Baptist Bible Seminary. He and his wife Becky have three children: Carys, Amber, and Ryan. One of his greatest joys is to see ordinary people used by God in extraordinary ways. "We are surrounded by quiet heroes - men and women whose silent sacrifices shout the love and truth of Christ more than a million sermons."

Pastor Brett Bixby

Pastor Brett was called to Bridgewater in August of 2009 as our Discipleship and Outreach Pastor.  He loves to hunt and fish, enjoys all sports and loves his cows!  A day off includes cutting down trees, stacking wood, or building something.  Brett and his wife Nicole have been blessed with 4 children: Avenlea, Eric, Annika, and James.

Pastor Andrew Peterson

Pastor Andrew was called to Bridgewater in September of 2009 as our Youth Pastor.  He loves to kayak, hike, run, and play hockey on the ice!  Pastor Andrew served as a youth pastor in Sydney, Australia and worked as the Pastor of Youth and Outreach in Conklin, NY.
